From the moment you step inside, the space feels polished yet relaxed, making it easy to settle in whether you’re here for a casual brunch, a long lunch, or a leisurely dinner with friends.

What really sets Spectrum Makati apart is its all-you-can-eat dining experience. The menu is wide-ranging and thoughtfully curated, allowing guests to explore different flavors in one sitting. One of the first things people notice is the bread selection. Freshly prepared and inviting, the breads are perfect as a warm start to the meal or as a companion to other dishes. What customers say?

“ Maybe it's because of the 22-hour fasting I did, or because the large birthday celebration I was a part of made everything taste better, but the buffet of Spectrum in Fairmont Makati offers an array of salivating foods that's sure to sate whatever cravings you have. The staff are all extremely accommodating, and always make sure to top you off or give you clean plates, even as you stuff your face with pizza, sushi, lamp, shawarma, samosa, sausages, and whatever else you're hungry for. Suffice to say, if you're looking for a smorgasbord of good food, then Spectrum is what you're looking for... Just as long as you make a reservation and you don't mind the ₱1300-4500 per person price tag. Make sure to come with a large group or a huge appetite. You'll need it! ”

“ The spread for a breakfast buffet is impressive— from the Filipino, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, American cuisines to the egg, taho, batirol, French pastry, fruit, arroz caldo stations. However the flavor of most everything, though done nicely, was just so-so or maybe a bit low in flavor. I would like, let’s say the longganisa to be sweeter and tastier, the wontons to burst with a bit more shrimp umami, the French toast and croissant to be more buttery, the muffin in the eggs Benedict to be served less soggy; that kind of a thing. The 2 options for bacon, soft or crunchy, is great. The fried danggit was perfectly crunchy to dip into suka. Ending the breakfast with ripe super sweet longgan was nice too. ”

“ The restaurant itself is elegant with plenty of natural light during the day (thanks to its glass walls). What stood out was the food. They have dishes from Western, Chinese, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisines, and more. I particularly enjoyed the spinach gratin. Another unique feature was their “teppan ice cream” located at the dessert station, which was fun and unlike anything I’ve tried at a buffet before. Service was generally good. The staff were courteous and prompt. They refilled our water glasses, cleared plates efficiently, and tried to make our lunch feel special. However, one hiccup was the complimentary birthday cake. We were celebrating my father's birthday, but the cake didn’t arrive until around 1.5 to 2 hours after we got there. If you're planning to dine here, it’s a good idea to call ahead and book, especially for special occasions. That way, you can ensure a smooth experience and maybe even give a heads-up for celebratory touches. ”

“ Visited for both Breakfast and Brunch. The food is fantastic. Some of the staffs seem to need more training on the drink service i.e the knowledge of the wines and how to open them. Made to order eggs takes way too long to get to the table. ”

“ Probably one of the best hotel buffets in the Metro. They offer Western, Filipino, Indian, and Chinese delicacies with a lot of dessert including the teppan ice cream. Not the cheapest but its location in Fairmont makes it easy for those staying in Makati, coming from office or even commuting. I'll definitely come back. ”
